A Meditation Focused on Goal Achievement

Let’s talk about goals and how you can use meditation to help achieve them.

There are so many people out there who wish they could change some important aspect of their life, like health and fitness, finances, careers, or relationships. I’m here to tell you that you can get absolutely anything you want! Using meditation allows you to quiet all the chatter in  your mind so that you can focus all of your attention on one thing at a time. Don’t head to your mat just yet! first lets set the ground work so that your meditation can be effective.

It all begins with a vision….your vision or you dream is the thing that you want to achieve. It is the same as the end result. For example let’s say you want to lose 10 lbs. Your vision would be you 10lbs lighter. Your Goals on the other hand, are all of the steps you plan to take in order to reach the end result which is to lose 10 pounds.

Once you have your vision you must set your intentions, take action, then follow through.

1.) You have to decide what you want (be specific)

2.) Make a list of all the tasks that must be done to reach your desired vision

3.) Pick one task to focus on during your meditation

Once you’ve completed those 3 steps you’ll be ready to begin!
